Basic Tumbling Skills Youth
This class is designed to learn the tumbling basics, in an age appropriate environment. Cartwheels, Round Offs, Back Walkovers and Bridge Kick overs…
all the skills you need to move onto “BHS Skills” (Ages 5yrs thru 9yrs)


Basic Tumbling Skills Teen
This class provides the same learning experience but is geared toward the older athlete; from front limbers to back walkovers,
this class will kick you into gear and prepare you to learn your back handspring (Ages 10yrs and older)


BHS Skills Youth
The goal… to achieve a standing as well as round off back handspring while working on proper form
** must have a cartwheel, round off and back walkover for admittance. (Ages 5yrs thru 9yrs)


BHS Skills Teen
This class provides the same learning experience but is geared toward the older athlete; The goal… to achieve a standing as well as
round off back handspring while working on proper form ** must have a cartwheel, round off and back walkover for admittance. (Ages 10yrs and older)


Advanced BHS - All ages
Learn to connect a series of both standing and round off back handsprings while improving overall form.
** Must have a standing and Round off Back handspring for admittance with good technique


TLF Tumbling – All ages
Tucks, Layouts, Fulls. Students learn basic form of the tucks, layouts and twisting while achieving their elite standing & running
tumbling technique. ** Must have round off three back handsprings and standing 2 back handsprings with excellent form for admittance


Beginner Cheer Skills Youth
From motions to jumps... learn the basics of cheerleading, whether you will be doing school, rec or all-star cheerleading.
This class is designed for beginners ages 5-10 yrs of age.


Tryout Preparation Skills Teen
Learn and perfect skills for tryouts! Tumbling, motions, jumps, crowd leading and confidence. Learn and practice everything you need to
make cheerleading, whether you will be doing school, rec or all-star cheerleading. This class is designed for (Ages 10yrs and older)


Elite Jump Skills– All ages
You will come out this class unable to move because you are going to jump until you can't jump any longer!
Work on technique, motion placements and learn the tricks to amazing jumps!


Stunt & Flight Skills Teen
Whether you’re currently a flyer, base or back looking to improve or increase your skills or working to become a flyer, base or back…
this class is for you! Learn beginner thru elite skills in a proper progression format.


Preschool Gymnastics
Gymnastics is a great beginning for any child to learn coordination, and body awareness at the youngest of ages. These skills will make for a more confident child.
RSA has added so much to the program that you are guaranteed a lot of learning and a lot of fun! We teach all basic gymnastics skills
in fun ways that are perfect for a preschooler to love! All motor skills, beginner tumbling skills, basic beam, bars and rings are introduced in this class.


Beginner Gymnastics
Beginner classes are structured for children aged 5 and up, emphasizing the progression of all motor skills, and the introduction of basic skills
on all Junior Olympic events, bars, floor, and vault. This is a great class to introduce the sport of gymnastics to your child while improving strength, flexibility and overall body confidence.
Beginners are split into levels 1 and 2 based on ability and experience. Skills needed to advance to Advanced Beginner Girls
level are: cartwheels, round offs, handstands, backbends, kick overs, all basic beam skills, and a pull-over on bars.


Intermediate Gymnastics
Int. classes are designed for children aged 5 and up who have completed the skills taught in the Beginner class, emphasizing the progression
from Beginner skills to Advanced Beginner skills on all Junior Olympic events. By this level, you and your student will have an understanding of gymnastics
and overall body awareness. Skills needed to advance to the Intermediate level are: back walkovers, handstands,
all beam skills in releve working cartwheels, and a pull-over and back hip circle on bars.
